Milking in Progress

If you’re anything like me, breastfeeding is the one thing that you’re the most worried about. To be honest I was even kind of grossed out by the whole process.

Whether you choose to directly nurse, or exclusively pump, you are providing nourishment for your baby and that is amazing. Both options though come with their own set of hurdles.

There is a pretty steep learning curve to something that is supposed to be completely normal and natural. It can be hard to get things going and to get comfortable with it. So I am here to help.

Though I am in no way an expert on the subject, I have tried pretty much everything out there surrounding nursing, pumping, increasing supply, mastitis, all of it. If you can name it, I’ve probably tried it.

So I would like to pass on all of the failures and successes that I have experienced in the hope that you won’t have to travel through quite so many avenues during your journey.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, or if you have a specific question that you would like help with, please email me. I would love to try to help.
